We are on a mission to help MA create the fellowship we crave and the unity we need. Where members are willing to start and continue to be of service to the fellowship that supports us all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;&#8230;if there is no service, there is no program&#8230; It is our responsibility to do what we can to make sure that MA continues to be there for us, for the marijuana addict who still suffers, and for the addict who is not yet born.&#8221; &#8211; Step Twelve, Life with Hope<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Making Announcements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You may be asking, where do I find these announcements?? <a href=\"http:\/\/ma12.org\/ctm\/archive\">Carry the Message<\/a> is the MA World Services monthly e-newsletter, visit this page to read the latest issue and subscribe. MA World Services also has an <a href=\"\/events\/\" rel=\"sponsored nofollow\">Events Page<\/a> that includes District and World Service workshops, campouts, and other gatherings of the fellowship. Join the Service Ambassador WhatsApp group to connect with others, receive direct information, and announcements from MA World Services. <a href=\"https:\/\/MA12.org\/Ambassadors\/WhatsApp\">MA12.org\/Ambassadors\/WhatsApp<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Encouraging Others<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Service Ambassadors inspire others by sharing information about service opportunities and making it easier to grasp how simple it is. Many members simply don&#8217;t know where to get started. They may be unsure if they have the abilities or skill set. All it takes is for someone like yourself to empower them and gain an understanding that they can be of service. Motivating them with the ways it will benefit themselves and our fellowship.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sharing Service Opportunities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>There are always service opportunities available throughout MA. A great resource to share with others is the <a href=\"\/service\/\">Being of Service<\/a> page which introduces how service helps us as individuals and as a fellowship. There are links to other pages that explain ways to get started in service at the:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"\/service\/meeting-level-service\/\">Meeting Level<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"\/service\/district-level-service\/\">District Level<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"\/service\/world-service\/\">World Service Level<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Service Sponsorship<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\">Service Sponsors offer support and guidance to the next member as they take on the responsibilities of their new service commitment. Sharing your knowledge of how a service position is actually done, what it entails . . .&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Service Sponsors may be willing to take on commitments alongside or with members newer to service such as by being co-secretaries or co-chairs (or being a &#8220;service shadow&#8221; i.e. DSC vice-chairs who learn to become chairs)<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Service Ambassadors What is a Service Ambassador?
